Oaklands milk has nothing added and nothing taken away – it’s pure, fresh, wholesome milk as nature intended.

Oaklands Milk comes from A2 tested cows. The A2 protein is known to be more gentle on the stomach and may improve digestibility, especially for those who struggle with dairy intolerance.

It’s important to note that Oaklands Milk is not raw milk. Oaklands Milk is pasteurised, that means it’s heated rapidly to 72 °C and then chilled rapidly. This process reduces viable pathogens whilst maintaining the milks goodness.

Oaklands Milk is not homogenised, that’s why you’ll need to give your Oakland’s milk a shake if you’ve left it sat in the fridge, or risk a family fight over who gets the cream at the top!

Oaklands Milk contains no permeate or powder, it doesn’t need it. Fresh from the farm to you, that’s the way we do it.
